True I got out in time,only because I got tired holding.

These type of lawsuits are called drop lawsuits in the industry. Meaning,share price drops and a shareholder starts a lawsuit,sometimes they have merit and sometimes someone lost tons of money and sues because they are pissed off,law firm then creates a class action.

Does it have merit,who knows,but it does destroy the share price for sure.

PS:still holding DPW and RSYS and BTCS. DPW is one of the few legit bitcoin related stocks (real company) and she suffers from bitcoin even tho that's just apart of what the company does. It's that whole sector thing.
