Why the rush 1 to 15 Rev Split? Before a supposedly $22M P.O. with $11M deposit on a $7M market cap ???

Why insiders bought up at 29 cents?

This is a confusing stock to me ?

I would say anyone that wants to see would do so prior to R/S .. any one staying though R/S will probd hold to see through
