I have contacted several parties that should be able to confirm or deny the alleged deal.

My concerns are that the 8-K could be fake.

The issue with that is if someone intended to do something like that, it would have been far easier to issue a fake press release.

In addition, if they made fake filings, it's far more likely that they would be caught and charged.

Furthermore if someone did indeed complete fake filings in order to push a stock, why did they not also spend a few dollars in getting some promoters to push the stock?

I understand that there is still the possibility that the filings have been faked. But the fact that no one has said a word confirming or denying makes me wonder if it is all true.

No one wants to be associated with fraudulent activity. Even if it just involves a pink sheet OTC stock.

Add this to the realities of who Michael Egan is (an individual who sold a company for over $600 Million) and I have little to believe that this is all a ruse.
