What’s really interesting is lack of conversation and as a whole has most have no idea why he did it and why it benefits people in this stock.

Hint: a reorganization w/ a 251 resets the company. It allows each entity to run separate of the holding company with minimum restructuring. The best part is now the debt holders need to take pause and almost come back to the table because technically their deal is with the subsidiary.

But hey...what do I know. I’m hoping it goes down to a dime. Lol.
