The A/S change is of no concern whatsoever other then being used for scare tactics by some. There are many reasons to increase the A/S that have nothing to do with increasing the O/S. The O/S and float are not changing and that is what he meant by share structure. I would suggest contacting the CEO if you think otherwise.
