OK here is this stoner's opinion. We all know there has been no news so nothing to make this ticker go. Anticipation? Very possible the cannabis stock index has exploded the last month or so From 11/10/2017 the index was at 66.64 Right now it is 138.64 The last 3 days it was up 21 points. That indicates money flowing into the cannabis market, well flooding is more like it. Rising tide floats all boats companies with real products or services will benefit. Pre California build up? When the herd mentality sets in, this sector will fly. CA. is the trigger. JMHO Go Sipp
