I am glad you bring that up.
You can even get 4 points on your driving record with a that huge fine.
But......even with the rules in place (like most states have now) there is still the problem of Distracted Driving.
Question to you is, why would they bother testing apps if they have steep penalties set in place?
Guess that goes the same with Drinking and Driving. People still do it regardless of penalties.
