One thing is for sure Pearl needs to free up this stock across the board! She needs to find out what is going on with the DTCC and have them bring ST to the floor! They have been preying on this stock before and after the buyback. If they then fail to comply the regulators need to find out what ST's manipulating problems are regardless of anything else.
