I spoke to Etrade today as I am not overly happy that I have not gotten my AMDAQ shares that every other broker has seemed to have given out already. They at first advised me to call the TA. I asked to do a 3 way call with them. They called the TA and spoke with them and the TA told them that the shares were delivered to AMDAQ. They gave us a phone # to AMDAQ and also gave us the email [e-mail] When I called the # given it went directly to voice mail. I left a message then proceeded to email them. Here is the response I was given:
Hi miestro,

I'm not sure why you and others that use E-Trade as their broker are having such difficulties. All other brokers seem to have received and distributed shares correctly.

When I return from vacation after the first of the year, I'll dig further into this situation.

In the meantime, I'll forward your information to the transfer agent and ask them to clarify their response.

I'm sure E-trade users will get their shares just a matter of time. I'm not sure why the TA sent them to AMDAQ instead of sending them directly to the brokers but that is what I am being told is what has happened.
