Imnp is a scam!!! I said this in May 2016 at 2.50. Then went down to 15 cents .. then a 20-1 reverse split to dilute over 3.00. Now it .57 cents divided 20-1 pre split is 3 cents pre-split! It's a scam CEO cashing out at ATM! You very few retail holders that are left , have been PUNKED!!
