Don't seem to be declining much to me. I don't fully understand the ideology of short selling at .0001 not sure what there is to be gained from shorting this when it already seems to be in the basement. But if a lot of the trades being made are for short sells, then there may be a lot of flipping back n forth between the MM's to cover the shorts. When the DOR approached for AMDAQ it went to .0002 for like 10 minutes then back to no bid and there was around 1.5 billion shares traded then. The # of shares on the ask IMO will increase if massive amounts of shares begin trading as many will just be happy to get out. Whoever isn't willing to let go @ .0001 a vast majority would be thrilled to death to get out at 2's. Will be rough to ever establish a bid back with how long this has ran dry. If does come back and go to 2's It would IMO take 2-3 billion shares traded to move up from that. Maybe more.
