Allow me to clarify. PRs are perfectly fine, when there's news to report. It's the fluff pieces, often done by a third party, that can get a company in hot water with the OTC.

My posts are my opinion, do your own DD, the stock market is risky, don't spit into the wind, keep hands and feet inside the ride.. etc. etc.
