UBIQUITY EVICTED FROM 9801 RESEARCH DR.

To no surprise the Company has not paid rent for months and as this article says they stole a $150K security deposit from Avante Garde after Ubiquity was ordered to have these funds in an escrow account after they failed to pay rent in previous years. What is shocking is CFO Brenden Garrison is claiming this all to be a lie and a big misunderstanding.

What is clear is that Ubiquity is locked out of their building and their is an auction for all their valuables to be announced soon. Go on by the building and read all the interesting paperwork posted on their door.
