Not sure but whoever "they" are, this stock will start to move and then a 500k bid pops up on level 2. At that point, it starts to move down and once it bottoms out, the 500k bid disappears and it starts to go up again. It has done that on the last 3 dips. The 500k bid came out yesterday morning at .004. It is holding sitting there and my guess is it will sit there until we get back into the .002's. Or at least that is what has been happening.
