IPIX current valuation is the market cap (100 million)... Good luck convincing any board to value IPIX at 10 billion plus... The only way IPIX would ever see 10 billion is if phase 3's were completed for B and P with success... That won't happen unless IPIX partners which would then limit buyout chances to only the partner themselves which diminishes value.
