That's good of you to have that will power to do that. There are other people in this world (plenty of them) that are addicted to their phones and social media, texting etc. They simply can not stay of their phones for more than a minute at a time.

Check it out for yourself. If people have the power to turn the app on and off i dont think it is really going to solve the dilemma we have at hand.
But then again at least the app was free right? SMH
Our app defeats the user's ability to turn it off or on via an administrator, parent, boss whoever.
