The only thing in Subsequent Events that might be considered "official" is this statement.

On November 17, 2017, the Company received 12 high-end Cryptocurrency processing servers from Canoe Pool under the terms outlined in its MOU with Canoe Pool

And no one is going to be concerned enough to dig into whether they actually got them. Besides, even if true, so what?
