His claim about trademarking is complete nonsense!

OWCP doesn’t need to trademark its products. Definitely not needed in the licensing model. They may name the cream CanaPsor for research and filing purposes but no need to trademark the name.

They will let the licensor/s call it whatever they want and all OWCP will do is to collect fees and royalties $$$ :)
