Almost every trader knows what authorized MMEG shares are used for:

Why do companies increase authorized shares?

An increase in the total of capital stock showing on a company's balance sheet is bad for investors, because it represents the issuance of additional stock shares, which dilute the ownership value of investors' existing shares.

The difference between authorized and outstanding shares.

Authorized shares are the number of shares that a corporation is legally allowed to issue, while outstanding shares have already been issued.

That's why the A/S is the first item looked for by any trader looking at a reverse split stock!

There of course, is no value on those A/S shares until they are issued by the company during or after a reverse split, there is no other reason other than a share price for the company by increasing the A/S as high (850 Million) as MMEG did!

My posted comments are only my considered opinion based on the reality as I see it. Your reality may be different.
