The miners clean up because they continue to collect coins at the same rate. But the crypto skeptics don't feel very good about investing in a mining company when the price of coins is trending down. It reaffirms their suspicion that maybe the whole BTC thing is a huge bubble. It all depends on your positions regarding crypto currencies. If you're a believer, like me, then you ignore the dips and corrections because you know price of bitcoin will be a hell of a lot more in a year than it is today. Hence, all those coins that INTV mined (and coins that I bought) will be worth a lot more in the future.
