Who knows behind the scenes how hard it is for Chinese nationals to be all set with their own US OTC company and trading? it may be extremely tough or impossible? It may require Americans to be in executive positions doing the filings or better yet, Already exist as a trading stock so that a merger can accomplish the same with a minimum of fuss. It will rename itself to Canoe pool America with a new ticker symbol next year. The other way may have been a complete roadblock.
