QUESTION!!! (What is the difference between "sister concern (company)" and subsidiary companies?)

I just saw a post saying that TXHD should benefit from Aspire Government Contracts. HOW IS THAT (I ask that in a very sincere voice)!!! I ask because this link below explains the difference between a sister company and a subsidiary company:

https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-difference-between-sister-concern-and-subsidiary-companies.

"What is the difference between a subsidiary and a sister company?
Sister concern firm is loose term used for addressing companies from same promoters or same founders. They are will not be legally or financially related with each other". Subsidies is legal term for companies that are legally and financially related".
<<<<<--------SO HOW IS TXHD GOING TO BENEFIT FROM ANY FINANCIAL GAIN THEIR SISTER COMPANY ASPIRE GETS FROM THESE CONTRACTS WHEN ONLY SUBSIDIES/SUBSIDIARY COMPANY CONNECTIONS BENEFIT FINANCIALLY???

With that said, TXHD Nov 2017 PR clearly said Aspire was a sister company and not subsidiary. See for yourself in TXHD own words:

"Textmunication's sister-company,
Aspire Consulting Group LLC ("Aspire"), has secured three large federal contracts in 2017 with three additional state contracts pending award notification." http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TXHD/news

Im no basher....just doing DD and trying to figure out how is TXHD going to gain from Aspire when sister companies are not connected financially??? Could someone answer back without an attitude and calling me a b*asher??? Thanks!!!
