I'm long and had a set buy order placed weeks ago $1.92 trigger yesterday.

Not going to sell on this Guayaki filing.. but like I said, I've never seen Lawsuit Overhang do anything good for a stock regardless of how frivolous they sometimes can be.

This one? Well, The cans are awfully similar. Similar enough that it isn't just going to be thrown out of court without a much closer ( and perhaps time/money expensive run ).

from experience, these lawsuits can linger around for years. The more successful NBEV / Marley Mate becomes, the more empowered Guayaki will be to chase after $$$.. Better if NBEV rebrand the product and move on? not sure.

I'm a little disappointed that the company didn't manage this information better. It's not in line with the straight-talking, refreshingly transparent speak that I've come to anticipate from Brent Willis. Having said this the company is growing in size and stature and perhaps it's naive of me to expect this small company type chatter down the road.
