As a Nevada resident perhaps he is best placed to lodge a complaint backed with facts from the Sarbanes Oxley violations to the write down of assets only to use them once funding completed. All the way through to where we are today. It’s absolutely nonsense that a company can enter voluntarily bankruptcy with $543m debt and then emerge with $137m - approximately - more debt with a total of $680m! What will they file for bankruptcy again? Absurd!
