IMO the difference is the leadership. Hands down VPOR is a better product in terms of revenue and profits and generally a more interesting grinder but (ACOL) know how to capitalize and the owners are genuine people. I owned both stocks and I can say my investment felt safer with ACOL even though I felt VPOR had the better product.

If the pubco can pay out all the bad debt of this business, Yaniv stays true to his words, VPOR will be more successful
