Hello my friend and I hope all is well...

You were all over this one from the "new" beginning, congrats.

Amazing how LOCH/CDEx's Boone/Baker/Phillips were able to "reorganize" LOCH into CDEx.

First they founded CDEx as a corporation...
then reorganized LOCH into LOCH/CDEx...
then made all current LOCH shareholders agree to not pursue legal action (against a company that is under investigation by the SEC/FBI/ETC and "others" for fraud if they "accept" the new shares of LOCH/CDEx...
then they grant themselves millions of shares and hire front men to continue the parade...
then they "twist and shout" with new tech which... oops... they "borrow" from someone else while acting as if it were their own...
Now, they continue to sell shares "out of hand" with MM's and keep selling PP shares for lower and lower prices.

All the while, dangling new carrots in front of shareholders.

Amazing isn't it ?
