To your point about the number of outstanding shares...it's interesting to me how the stock moved on what is a relatively small volume when compared to the total O/S or even the float as reported in the intro as of 6/15/2017. Since the major activity started in late July/early August, there have only been eight days where volume was over 100m. There have been other days close to that, but still - with an O/S & float that large, to achieve movement like this stock did I would expect to see higher volume. Don't know if that means anything. Maybe others have different experiences in their trading travels.

So I guess my question is, why does it move so significantly on "low" volume with such a large float? Are there shares just 'sitting' somewhere? Major holders are continuing to hold expecting the big payoff? Anyone have any thoughts on that?
