Can anyone present a logical idea on why none of the quarterly filings have not been published?

What is Rossi hiding and how much more time does he have before the unicorn breaks a leg?

I am sure he is preparing his tweet to explain why the late filings were not out this year. Should be one heck of an excuse. Probably too busy taking pictures of covers is my guess, and feeding the unicorn.
