Because OCFN also has ALPC-could be wrong ticker- and the CEO of that subsidiary also owns the private financing company that they are borrowing money from. These two "shells" will run the price of each other up and down, eventually, and give us a golden opportunity to make some cash off their "fund raising attempts". I highly doubtful they will do a RS then dump shares.
