is limited to one license, under which it may have
up to:
(a)6 locations for activities authorized for marijuana cultivators; and
(b)3 locations for activities authorized for marijuana pro
duct manufacturers.


2. They have far less administrative costs.
3. Mass politicians have already figgered it out, so to speak, as they are the most corrupt(ex maybe Illinois)in the Nation.
4. Undoubtedly will have lower operational costs
5. May already be a bunch of greenhouse operators(up to 6 locations) in the STATE that band together.
6. Will have a cost advantage in that none of them will be paying the massive lease costs associated with ACAN's model. Many already have invested in greenhouse costs previously and may simply expand as there is no size limit, only a location limit.
7. The farmers are coming to get an outdoor crop in bulk authorized, regs not set in stone yet.
