I am pretty sure the NASDAQ is not going to accept a company with no revenue let alone no profits.

My opinion is this will hold steady between 4 & 5 until the restrictions on common shares that were converted from debt are lifted. I believe currently those shares can not be sold unless the price is $7/share. Most of the outstanding shares are from convertible debt and are not tradeable at the current price. I think once any restriction relating to the price that these shares can be sold at is lifted or the time frame expires this stock will crash below $1/share with the original note holders trying to to get their money back.

This of course is my opinion only and not to be taken as a fact, do your own research of the companies historical SEC filings and please research the requirements for being accepted by the NASDAQ.
