They have a record of showing products and nothing comes of it. When will this showing of products actually bring forth any TRUE Value for the Shareholders? More than likely financials growth was not that good imo or they could file their filings. Also Hybrid Coating Technologies Inc. ("the Company") is not able to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q within the prescribed time for the quarter ended June 30, 2017, on or prior to August 14, 2017, due to related delays in obtaining and gathering information for inclusion in this Quarterly Report. The Company fully expects to file the Quarterly Report within the time period provided for by the filing of this Form 12b-25. Here it is December perhaps they have the wrong personal if it is taking this long imo.
