truthfully it just sounds like another type of bullet proof vest..not great or better...just different..

its using metal, bb's and ceramic plates...I cant imagine how that is all supposed to be lighter than any other vest..

maybe as armour on military vehicles or bumpers on cars it might be advantageous...but bullet proof vests?..maybe..but I don't see anything that indicates that..
