AAPL applied for and was denied patents for the same technology, citing prior art by Voip Pal. In the IPR proceedings, AAPL admitted to using the routing, switching technology patented by VPLM. I don't know if the use of the technology was ever in question, just a matter of patentability and that was addressed in the IPR proceedings. I'm no expert by any stretch, just doing my own research and dd for the last 4.5 years. I'm into this stock with a substantial amount of $$$ and consider myself a wiser than average investor. I'm long on this company after considering all the information I can gather. Others have various opinions, and I read them all. I try to weed through opinions and gather facts. No opinion is wrong, they are opinions. Facts cannot be argued.
