Agreed. It makes sense only if all APTY employees are equally bound during the KenCharts Beta period. Yet, I am skeptical this is the case. However, I can see APTY Stock Options or Warrants as a back door to the trading restrictions imposed upon Beta Testers.

More consolidation in the market today for APTY. Higher lows are good sign.
