In spite of B-OM news that was touted as the catalyst that would put IPIX back over one and reverse the long standing down trend, price is below all relevant moving averages confirming downtrend is still in tact. All faster averages have crossed down through slower averages. RSI is back below the 50-60 resistance zone. MACD is also right back to below the zero level, downtrend. Price is hovering pennies above the lows. The negative reversal in the RSI signals news lows are comings. Now it’s a “partnership” that will save the day. Hope is not a tactic!
