stcktrader13, thanks for the detailed explanation - seems little to doubt and I hope you don't give up on keeping others involved.
I have to agree that it doesn't appear management is spending much thought on keep shareholders informed on even a minimal level and while certain things are likely higher priority at times they should remember they would have much with out us and a an undervalued stock doesn't get them where they are trying to go either.
Those that may have decent communications with Tom should try and help him in his areas of weakness - like shareholder communications - IMO.
