According to the segwit2x website http://b2x-segwit.io/ they have added replay protection which was missing from the previous planned fork. That replay issue was the cause of the previous cancellation Nov 8th.

I predict a bitcoin rally because, after the hard fork, owners will have 1 bitcoin and 1 bitcoin 2X.
