Your Christmas posting certainly gave me something to think about besides partying.

RCPI's lending facility seemingly led to its Chapter 7 as a result of the financial hemorrhaging. In the process we have a party to the Chapter 7, who has a significant financial claim against RCPI's assets. It would seem that any purchase of RCPI's assets will have to satisfy that party's financial claim in order to effect a successful Chapter 7 conclusion.

I have posted previously that I will continue to assume that what we are seeing is an attempt to bring anatabine and isomyosmine under one roof. What would that mean to current RCPIQ shareholders?
