Thank you for that well written explanation. An accounting friend just explained the same. But also added that the carry forward will be limited by trumps tax plan. So we may see a net over 18 million for the 10k. Also mentioned that it smells like a reverse merger in play. Lol, I didn't even mention rm or anything to him .

I didn't mean to question your knowledge, just want some data sourced so not only we learn but others also.
