Considering the number of events they hold I'm not surprised to hear so many complaints. It must be a logistical nightmate to manage hundreds of thousands of customers.
I went to their Lantern Fest event in October in TX. It exceeded all my expectations. It was fun and family-friendly. I really wish they could start constantly turning in profits and not at shareholder's expense. I would get back in right away. At the moment still on the sidelines, watching.
