All grades are fair. I realize that Jan was a novice at farming but he hired a foreman to get the job done. About growing variety of peppers, not sure if Conseulos decision or progreens to see which produce better.

As you mentioned this next crop needs to have a great yield to be a nice revenue generator.

Cielo Mar, well we know that isnt an overnight venture. It seems the right steps are being taken. I was kinda taken aback by the deposit total for lot reservations in the Q. Dont remember the exact number just thougjt it would be higher.
