Sure wish there was a geological map available showing IO deposits, plots of private/public land, who owns them, and who owns the mineral rights for each plot.

It is likely that you will be able to identify the plots of land acquired by CLF once they are recorded by the Itasca county assessor. To be meaningful, this raw data will need to be interpreted by someone more familiar with the Nashwauk area than I.

Enter “Cliff” in “Last Name of Owner” space … get results
Click on desired Parcel ID (accept disclaimer)
Click “View the Itasca County GIS map” in the center of the page

If you want to try to get the information before the assessor updates the county records you can type Glacier in the Last Name Box... but the data is overwhelming; Glacier owns land it did not sell to CLF.
