Some will focus on the UNGS "No Bid". And, for them it may mean they move on; run or no run. None of the UNGS divvies have been contingent upon there being a "Bid". And, in a run the Bid is a minor consideration. Most people are too busy slapping the Ask to care that much about it. The exception is people who are late to the party. So, they "Bid Sit" in hopes of getting a few upticks. Yet, sometimes being late to the party means you miss the best parts and get the leftovers. That is, if there is anything left over.
