I would guess the answer is they have seen all too much of such through unfair negative articles, seeing the absolute refuting of clinical success, mako, frivolous lawsuits, hearing that the so-called trend is down long term (due to mako/fud, negative press by seeking alpha, humiliation tactics of management, fud, matrix of stonewalled on message boards defending the company from fud......

I gather the answer for most longs is that if shares drop to 25 cents, this is a buying opp
