If we could sell lies by our CEO we would have a million dollar a share

stock. Nothing and I mean nothing he has said was going to be resolved

or movie made has happened. He has lied to us so many times about a audit

and form 10 it would choke a Billy Goat. I am not familiar with the SEC

rules but damn if he hasn't breached them then there must not really be

any rules regarding comments to promote stock by a CEO.


That is why this starting in January means nothing and history says

nothing will happen. For years I said there would be no audit and that

all those profitable quarters were made up since there was no cash in

the bank and no showing of where all those profits went. You can copy

any of the promises for audits and post them every year but your

grandchildren will be looking for the audit.
