After listening to the weekly conference call today of Troptions Corporation , my understanding is that a land deal was contracted yesterday with Troptions US at $62.00 each. The sale price of property was $250,000. 120 acres in Oregon.

I do not believe it is going to take long before SWHI will realise the growing value of their long term investment on their balance sheet. Inevitably growing shareholders value.
