Canadian Weed! OTC Select Sector Weighted Index

Let's see if we can get this list down to 10 to start with. I would like to see all of the most mature that are going in the right direction to be included. and then whatever spots are left go to the seemingly best of the babies and early developmental.

Maybe a grading system of A B C grades and the weighting to end up something like 50% A, 35% B, 15% C, or something simple like that.
