Unfortunately hjoe itself has never filed audited financials.
I cleared that misconception and misinformation up some posts ago on this board. The only audit done was of the previous public company hjoe reverse merged into, not the hjoe company itself.

hjoe filed 10Q's which were not audited nor are required to be audited, hjoe never filed a 10K as hjoe. They kept copy pasting the 2013 audited information which itself might have helped get hjoe revoked for dubious filing practices.

Guess hjoe figured no one ever reads any filings.
