I'm not familiar with that term, or that type of filing, but I notice that the "AGGREGATE AMOUNT BENEFICIALLY OWNED BY EACH REPORTING PERSON" and the "SOLE VOTING POWER" is the same (1 069 314 shares). I.e "SOLE DISPOSITIVE POWER" (23 525 shares) is not included in the aggregate amount of the reporting person?

For the 13G for D'Alessandro in March this year we have the same number for "SHARED VOTING POWER" and "SOLE DISPOSITIVE POWER" as well as the aggregated number.
